We worked with Suzie Swisher while we relocated from out of state to Philadelphia. Suzie's depth of knowledge of the various Philly neighborhoods was critical to us finding the right home in the right location. We depended heavily on her guidance for areas for our family of 4, parking considerations, appropriate home layouts, and navigating the new to us aspects of living in Philadelphia. Suzie gave us all the time and guidance that we needed, tirelessly showed us properties, and recommended financing and other vendors. All of her guidance has helped us find the perfect home in the heart of Fishtown. We are absolutely thrilled with the home we purchased and its location. Suzie was an invaluable guide, extremely professional, responsive, and an excellent Realtor.

I came to work with Suzie Swisher after meeting with several less experienced city realtors who seemed more interested in shifting hot properties than listening to what I wanted in a home. Suzie is a live wire – buzzing with energy, resourceful, eager – and she reliably directs that energy on her clients’ behalf. She has her ear to the ground – could warn me if a particular building was expecting a major remodeling assessment, for example – but she also notices and builds upon her clients’ enthusiasms. Suzie has helped us with the purchase of two homes and one rental. She has been nothing but amazing which is why we continue to work with her. She’s smart, strategic, and direct, and we trusted her insight and judgement thoroughly. She was always on top of all aspects of the process which made a typically taxing experience a lot less stressful. One of our favorite aspects was her willingness to show us homes virtually since we are out-of-state. I knew from meeting Suzie the first time that I was in good hands. She was always honest, realistic, and informative. I am a very Type A person who always wants to know what's going on, even if nothing, and Suzie was patient with me and always willing to talk, text, or email when I had questions. She also seems to have quite a network of contacts in the area I was selling, and she knew many of the realtors showing my condo, which, in turn, gave us great, realistic feedback from potential buyers. Suzie also made the closing process as seamless as ever despite some stressful situations that arose. Look no further, go with Suzie!
